to my project. I found myself in a bit of a rut in my photography and neglecting to take photos of my own children (the cobbler's children without shoes syndrome). So while taking maternity leave this year, I decided to stretch myself and take time to document my own family. Enjoy the journey with me...
Admittedly, at the beginning of the week I was thinking, "How much can I do with a pear?!" but I've really enjoyed stretching myself, and I don't think I'm ready to call it quits yet. Here's a few from this week.
The pear is starting to get a personality of its own...he's (or she's...it's your pear, you decide) becoming a character in a narrative. I like the pear in the window...looks he's taking some time to bask in the sunlight.
It does feel that way - I'm a little worried that the pear's getting old and is going to need to retire soon. And I got the water idea from you...still working on that one, but I like the concept - thanks! ;)
