I have to admit, we did a lot more with one kid. We still went backpacking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. But with three, well...campfires and s'mores are made in the backyard fire pit, where the tent is pitched. The middle baby made it in the tent about 10 minutes - she's now happily curled up in her crib. You do what you can. ;)
