to my project. I found myself in a bit of a rut in my photography and neglecting to take photos of my own children (the cobbler's children without shoes syndrome). So while taking maternity leave this year, I decided to stretch myself and take time to document my own family. Enjoy the journey with me...

Good question, Patrick. I'll think I'll try to blend my blogs a little more, so I won't keep posting on this one, but I'll post more personal stuff on my photography blog more often?
fair enough. juggling multiple projects is difficult. i do hope you manage to integrate the personal, though. i love the experience of feeling a more intimate connection to your shots and your lives. great stuff, Ellen!
